Tar Paper Birds Thurs., December 23 3:30-5:00 p.m. Ages 9-12 $7 How fun to paint on an unusual surface - tar paper. Using chalk and acrylic paints students will mix tints of acrylic paint to add color to their bird design.
Snowman Painting with Dimension Tues., December 28 1:00-2:30 p.m. Ages 6-8 $7 In this class students will use paint and collage elements to design a snowman.
INSPIRE Art Classes for Teens These classes are funded in part by a grant from the FACF Youth Advisory Committee. 3:45-5:00 p.m. • Ages 12-18 • Class Fee $10 Tues., December 28 Fused Glass Votive Candle Holder Layering color and texture with fusible glass materials, students will create a fused glass slumped votive candle holder.
Iguana Painting Thurs., December 30 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Ages 6-8 $7 Using drawing and painting skills students will design their own iguana.
Giraffe Multisectional Painting Thurs., December 30 1:00-2:30 p.m. Ages 9-12 $7 Using acrylic paint students will paint the head and neck of a giraffe on three separate matboard squares. The students will be encouraged to add pattern and bright colors to their pieces.
Repousse on Matboard Thurs., December 30 3:30-5:00 p.m. Ages 9-12 $7 Repousse is the art of creating designs in metal. After the designs are complete students will extend their design onto matboard using metallic markers and colored pencils.

Art Gallery Design Thurs., January 20 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Ages 9-12 $7 This project is a wonderful art experience. In this class students will create a miniature art gallery complete with original paintings and sculptures.
UV Resin Pendant Tues., January 25 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Ages 12-18 $15 Use UV resin epoxy, pressed flowers, gears, seashells, tiny stones, letters, glitter flakes, mica powders, dies and more to create your own unique resin pendant.
Fused Glass Candle Holder Thurs., January 27 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Ages 16+ $55 ($50 Members) Participants will learn about glass fusing, slumping and the use of frit, stringers, fusible glass and glass paint to create a slumped fused glass tealight candle holder.
