Cristine Grim will teach students the process of using silver clay, texture tools, and torch firing to create a silver pendant.
October 5 Needle Felted Bat with Olivia
Fiber artist Olivia Johnson will help students use felting needles, wool roving and embroidery materials to create a flying bat for Halloween festivities!
October 19 Theatrical Makeup
A paint based method of creating optical illusion, depth, and dramatic character on the human face. Students will work on themselves in addition to watching a live model demonstration. Just in time for costume planning!
November 9 Fused Glass Ornaments
Using glass cutting tools, frit, stringers and a wide variety of fusible glass, students will make two of their own unique ornaments to be fired in the kiln.
November 30 Silk Painting
A great gift idea, or a fashion accessory for fall, students will use resist and dye to paint a long silk scarf.

Saturday Drop-in Art for Children- Spooky Architecture
Join us on Saturday mornings for a “make and take” art experience. Every week kids focus on a different project! All ages are welcome; children under age 5 should be accompanied by an adult.
Space is limited. Class begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. and finishes at 12:00 p.m.

Inspire the imagination in a child by enrolling them in this four-week series of classes. The children will learn new skills, explore a variety of mediums, produce unique artworks and have fun in the process. This four-week series will feature painting, clay, printmaking and mixed media.
